Visit to Qinghai

Not many foreign visitors come to Qinghai.  As I wanted to take the train
to Lhasa in order to adjust gradually to the altitude, I was happy to make
a short visit to Qinghai and meet Party Secretary Qiang Wei.  It turned out
that he was planning to visit Singapore this October.  I had a good
briefing on the enormous potential of the province.  It has abundant
natural resources and tourist sites.
