Tao De Ching



I have been dutifully reading the Tao De Ching and my friend Chee Meng just sent me his own interpretation of one of the Verses. Excellent stuff in this age of instant gratification and mindless “Internet” noise. We need to pause and think. Thanks Chee Meng!

When everyone know beauty and chase after beauty, ugliness arises;
When everyone know goodness and flock to goodness, badness arises;
The wise knows the principle of relativity;
He does nothing, say nothing;
Allowing things to grow
without interfering; without wanting ownership;
Accomplishing by letting nature takes its course
